Is your Guild Still Doing 25 Mans?

Last months poll has the largest turnout we've had yet and it's no surprise with the Patch 4.0.1 rush as we all sit on the edge of our seats waiting for Cataclysm.

Our previous Poll: Will you Still Play a Rogue in Cataclysm?  saw a grand total of 346 votes and we were all chuffed to bits about it. However, this month has blown that poll completely out of the water and we got to see how hundreds of rogues out there are coping with raids pre-cataclysm.

You can see we obtained a whopping 1589 votes this month on our latest poll asking readers how their guild was doing with 25 man runs. It was a nice surprise to see that the majority (31%) of rogues (or rogue curious readers) are still doing 25 man guild runs this late in the expansion with another 15% still battling on with a less than perfect raid sign up roster. Not every guild can be so fierce at the end of a long and overall I think highly enjoyable expansion. We all may have our gripes about certain issues, old schoolers mumbling about the Vanilla good old days, newer players struggling to catch up on old content and the variety of patches we have coped with in the process.

However, as the sun sets on this icy foe, and raiding for many of us (or at least 23% of us) slows down I will honestly say I'm glad I was part of this expansion and I really look forward to being a part of the next one too from start to finish. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who is so pathetically addicted to the game!

For those of you out there who aren't doing raiding so much anymore, who struggle to get 10 man, 25 mans or any raid at all together at the end of this expansion remember it's nice to have a break and do not forsake your guilds so easily! As we can see many of us are seeing a stop or slow down on raiding and it's only natural. I'm sure as soon as Cataclysm hits everyone will be back to WoW at full speed so enjoy your break for the few remaining weeks that are left. Already in my own guild at least many old familiar faces are popping up out of the woodwork in the run up to Cataclysm and the guild will be back to full swing in no time.

Now, the next poll topic was going to be something you guys suggested but seems people are keeping their ideas to themselves. So, as per a suggestion from my partner Dee (guest blog commenter and PVP blog author) the next poll topic will be all about build changes! *dun dun dunnnn*
