Combat Rogue vs. Herald of the Titans

As this is my first post here on PVE Rogues, I thought I had better jump in at the deep end with a Combat gearing guide to Herald of the Titans, as I believe the Title is being removed with patch 4.0.3.

The requirement for this achievement and title is to Defeat Algalon the Observer on 10 Player while having only 226 Item level armour and 232 Item level weapons equipped. Basically it means that you can only use gear from Ulduar (TOC 10 or Icecrown Dungeons at the most).

I have been doing some thinking and referring to the common spread sheets and relevant gearing websites, below is my best in slot list for this specific achievement.

Items do not represent true values if re-forged, my advice is to re-forge to the new hit and expertise caps and gem full haste and agility.
